Launch of GSAS 2019

GORD is pleased to announce the launch of the 4th edition of Global Sustainability Assessment System GSAS 2019.
GORD is committed to continually examine, improve and update GSAS standards, guidelines and procedures. This continued analysis increases objectivity and simplicity in each of the GSAS certification schemes and responds to an ever-changing regional and global environment.
GSAS 2019 4th edition has capitalized on the following:
- 10 years of experience and ‘hands-on’ implementation of GSAS
- Richness and capacity gained from the assessment of numerous and various building typologies totalling more than 100,000,000 sq ft of built-up area and more than 1,500,000,000 sq ft of district master-planning
Multi-disciplinary research projects conducted in collaboration with renowned world-class institutes on various aspects of sustainability in the built environment.
