There is no extra charge to join the site visit, but spaces are strictly limited and allocated to conference delegates on a first-come, first-served basis, so it is highly recommended to book early to guarantee availability.

20% Early Bird Discount expires tomorrow!

The standard delegate rate is £1,695(ex.Vat) which includes attendance of the two day conference, all speakers' presentations, lunches and networking opportunities as well as documentation from the event and the opportunity to join exclusive site visits (provided spaces are available at time of registration), while the £340 early bird discount expiring this Friday, 31st May will reduce this rate to £1,355(ex.Vat) only. Also, if you are based outside UK and provide your organisation’s VAT or registration number, VAT will not be applied to the transaction.

Securing your early bird rate is simple – if you prefer to use debit/credit card, you can secure your discounted delegate and site visit space online at http://www.wplgroup.com/aci/event/european-biomass-to-power/. If you prefer to pay with the invoice within five working days, I will send you a registration form to be signed and emailed (or faxed) back to me the same day. Once I have the signed form back, I’ll secure your discounted space(s) at the event and the site visit (if you are interested to join it) and send you the invoice.

Additionally, substitute attendees are welcome for up to 24 hours before the start of the conference, so you can secure a required number of discounted delegate and site visit space(s) on TBC basis and provide names of the attendee(s) at a later stage.
