Experience Requirements:- Significant direct experience of new business development for climate change programs for an international organisation, preferably in a managerial role. - A proven track record of developing partnerships and securing funding for climate change adaptation programs in development contexts. - Knowledge and understating of the Green Climate Fund and climate finance more broadly. - Highly developed communication skills, written and verbal, and the ability to present information clearly and effectively to a wide range of audiences. - Fluency in English is required, French and local language(s) skills would be an asset.
