Climate change manifests itself with an increasing frequency and intensity of extreme weather events. It is now widely accepted that the rapid accumulation of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere from combustion of fossil fuels and, in general, from the various industrial or consumer processes, lead to the intensification of the phenomenon. With the adoption of the Paris Agreement, the international community was called upon to take binding measures against climate change. However, there is a gap between the objectives set and the actions to achieve them, which must be bridged so that the environmental, economic and social impacts of climate change can be effectively addressed. This can only be done by integrating environmental objectives into policy and education, and of course by improving the legislative, regulatory framework to support climate change action
