Position:Community Engagement Expert

Duty Station:Baghdad, Iraq

Experience Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field.  Minimum of 5 years of experience in community engagement, marketing, advertising, public campaigns  Experience on USAID environment sector-oriented projects is preferred but not required.  Demonstrated experience supporting projects on public awareness campaigns, linking messaging to behavior change, methods of measurement to indicate awareness campaign metrics, advertising, social organizing, and experience with awareness campaigns on social media.  Experience in Iraq or neighboring countries is preferred.  Native level English (speaking, reading and writing) required.  Excellent technical and report writing skills.  Ability and willingness to travel in Iraq.
