Experience Requirements:Consultant on Public Expenditure and Institutional Review for Environment and Climate Change. At least Master’s degree in Development Economics, Environmental Policy, Environmental Economics, Public Finance Management; minimum of five years’ of work experience in fields such as poverty reduction strategies, policies, monitoring and evaluation and strategic planning, including considerable experience dealing with policy makers at the senior level; at least two similar assignments in undertaking sector-focused public expenditure review
