A few years ago — when the US Congress approved its 45V clean hydrogen production tax credit and the EU set a target to install 40GW of electrolysers by 2030 (as well as another 40GW for green H2 imports) — it was widely believed that there would not be enough electrolysers available to meet the coming demand.
