Δεκτό γίνεται από το Υπουργείο Περιβάλλοντος και Ενέργειας το αίτημα που είχαν υποβάλλει οι φορείς των ΑΠΕ (κυρίως των αιολικών) σχετικά με την καταβολή εκ μέρους των επενδυτών μειωμένου τέλους διακράτησης αδειών για τα τρία έτη 2017, 2018 και 2019.
