Creating Circularity - Responsible Business Forum on Sustainable Development, Singapore, 18-19 November 2019.

17 09 2019 | 13:50

With world leading figures from business, government, investors and civil society gathered, RBF Singapore will provide a platform to transform industries and unlock the 4.5 trillion dollar circular economy potential. Here's how:

TOWARDS ZERO WASTE

Businesses, consumers, and society at large have realised that to achieve the future we want, we need to rethink how our economies are structured. Under the theme Circularity 2030,  RBF SG 2019 will seek commitments to scaling start-ups, innovations and technologies that will accelerate the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) related to the circular economy.

NEXT GENERATION LEADERS

An audience of next generation leaders in business schools and universities around the world will connect virtually with circular economy leaders from companies, governments, and civil society. As part of an online video campaign, youth leaders and students will engage with local city governments to develop key circularity goals for their city to be featured at the Forum.

CIRCULAR ECONOMY JOBS OF THE FUTURE

The demand for technologically-led innovations to address the global waste challenge will require human capital, capacity building, and financing. At RBF Singapore, we will explore how circular economy ideas and models could be harnessed to transform businesses, drive future job creation and help societies achieve the SDGs for 2030.
